The rise of COVID-19 has caused stress and uncertainty for many. With interruptions to daily life increasing, your mental wellness routine may be impacted and you may not be feeling your best.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and/or unable to keep on top of your mental health needs, please join us Tuesday evenings (beginning March 31, 2020) for an ONLINE drop-in group.
About the Group:Facilitated by Liz Kay and Emile Lopez, this online group will use elements of mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy, and compassion focused therapy to strengthen each individuals mental wellness routine. It is intended to foster connection, increase skills and reinforce current mental health practices in a time of uncertainty and social distancing.
How to Join:This group is designed for anyone aged 14 - 25 years old who is able to participate in a group format.
Reliable internet access is recommended as the group will be delivered via Zoom (video conferencing technology). Our first session will be held on March 31, 2020. The initial session is free and will be used to identify the needs of the group and how best to meet them moving forward. Each subsequent session will be $35 per session (our standard drop-in rate). To register please email lizmkay@outlook.com or emilelopezcounselling@gmail.com |
