Emile Lopez (MSW, RSW, RCC) Emile Lopez (MSW, RSW, RCC) strives to provide a highly creative and personalised approach in order to build safe, trusting, and collaborative relationships. Emile strongly believes that by establishing this, and by drawing on one’s strengths, we are all capable of making positive changes, learning new skills, and achieving a greater degree of wellness. Emile has been counselling youth, young adults and their families for nearly 10 years (in both England and Canada) and utilises a broad range of therapeutic modalities to ensure you’re working together in a way that feels right for you.

Emile typically works with adolescents and young adults (15 – 25 years old) and their families. He provides both individual and family counselling for those experiencing difficulties with low mood/depression, anxiety, trauma, emotion regulation, relationship and communication challenges, and various forms of ineffective coping.
Qualifications:
MSW (MA) from Goldsmiths – University of London.
Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the BC College of Social Workers (#13383).
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (#18011)
