
Erica Fraser-Dauphinee (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with 8 years experience helping youth (as well as their supports) and young adults work towards their mental health and wellness goals. She has experience providing both individual and group therapy for a wide range of mental health concerns in hospital and non-profit settings and spent several years working in the Child and Youth Mental Health Program at Vancouver Coastal Health.
Erica acknowledges that reaching out for help and taking steps towards change can feel intimidating and commits to creating a safe, welcoming, non-judgmental and non-pathologizing environment for clients. Erica holds a strong belief that you, the client, are the expert in your own life experience and already possess many of the strengths and wisdom you need to face what challenges you.

$180 for family session (in-person or online)
Payment in the form of cash, cheques, or email transfer is due at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made.
Cancellation:
