Three Story Clinic offers evidence-based psychiatric, psychological and therapeutic treatments for children, youth and families struggling with mental health: such as changes in mood or perception, obsessive thoughts or behaviours, fears, and/or feelings of anxiety. We know that early intervention can have a positive and lasting impact on the wellbeing of children, youth and families and we strive to be accessible and timely.
Our services are both private and public – which means they can be accessed with or without a referral, can be covered by MSP, or the cost may be covered directly by patients or private insurance. Contact us to discuss treatment options.
Services at the clinic are offered in-person and online.

in-person
We offer a safe, inviting space at central Vancouver location. Our offices are conveniently located in Vancouver, BC at the corner of West Broadway and Cambie Street, close to the Broadway City Hall Canada Line Station and multiple bus routes.
online
Online sessions are a great alternative for treatment when meeting face-to-face isn’t possible or convenient. For example, you may live in a remote community and find it hard to travel for an appointment. Or you may have health or safety concerns regarding an in-person treatment. Whatever your reason, online sessions are available.
Using a secure, encrypted platform (provided through the Jane App) therapists are able to offer treatment services to individuals and families throughout British Columbia.
How do I book an online treatment?
Online sessions are available for patients who have an existing relationship with one of our therapists or psychologists. Simply click on the “book an appointment” button to log in to the Jane App and view our practitioner’s schedules.
New patients, or those requesting services need to fill out a new patient form before they are able book online.
At this time, online appointments are available to BC residents only. All appointments are booked in Pacific Standard Time.
Who would benefit from online treatments?
Online treatments can be helpful for anyone, but especially those who may have extra concerns about coming to our offices for treatments. This may include people who live in remote or small communities (where services are not as readily available), families with childcare concerns who have limited time for appointments, those with mobility concerns, or those who suffer from increased anxiety at the thought of leaving the house.
