Julie is an experienced and highly trained Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a strong background in mental health, substance use challenges, and LGBTQ2S+ issues. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of settings, including non-profit organizations, hospitals, outreach mental health, schools, high-risk community healthcare, and private practice.
With a genuine passion for her work, Julie is dedicated to helping youth, young adults, and families navigate their mental health journeys. She specializes in addressing common mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-injury, and suicidality. Julie also possesses extensive experience in supporting individuals with concurrent disorders, where substance use and mental health challenges coexist

Approach

Fees
$170 per 50 minute session for individuals
$ 200 per 50 min session for Family
Payment in the form of cash, checks, or email transfer is due at the end of each session unless other arrangements have been made. Please note that 2 business days notice is required to cancel a scheduled appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee. Some third party payment plans such as Extended Health Care Insurance and Employee/Family Assistance Programs pay partial or total coverage for counselling services. Please follow up with your benefits plan/health care provider.
