EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bea is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) and Registered Social Worker (RSW) with a Master of Social Work (Clinical). She has worked across healthcare, crisis intervention, child welfare, and child advocacy settings, supporting children, youth, adults, and families facing a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and mental health challenges. Bea has extensive experience working with individuals impacted by trauma, abuse, neglect, family violence, grief and loss, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), and complex family dynamics. She also works with anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, and relationship concerns. Bea believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and strives to create a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel understood and empowered.

FOCUS

Bea has completed training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). She specializes in supporting children, youth, and young adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural concerns, ADHD, and the impacts of adverse childhood experiences. When working with children, Bea incorporates play, creativity, and developmentally appropriate strategies to make therapy engaging and effective. She works collaboratively with clients and caregivers to build coping skills, strengthen relationships, process difficult experiences, and foster long-term resilience and emotional well-being.

Fees

$ 160 per 50 minute session for Individuals

$ 200 per 50 Minutes Session for Family Therapy
