Complimentary 15 minute consultation.
Melissa will draw from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to explore how thoughts and emotions can impact your overall well-being, and improve interconnectivity between your mind, body, and relationships. Melissa will also use Narrative Therapy to support clients to share and reflect on their own life stories, express their emotional needs, as well as cultivate a sense of belonging and connection with others. She will use Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to support parents/caregivers and families to identify, cope with, regulate, and transform their emotions with the hope of improving relationships with themselves and their loved ones.
