Approach
Kriti’s approach is grounded in the understanding that a strong therapeutic relationship provides the foundation for meaningful change. Her approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and grounded in meeting each client where they are. She holds the belief that every person brings their own experiences, strengths, identities, and ways of understanding the world into the counselling space. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, Kriti works alongside clients to understand what may be contributing to them feeling stuck while also identifying the strengths and resources they already carry.
She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, develop practical coping strategies, and move toward what matters to them.
